RETURN POLICY

Return policy is the possibility given to a customer to get fully refunded for any reason during a defined period of time by returning the product to its vendor. Return policy specifically does not replace the 1 year Vendor's warranty , in case any product has been proven to be defective under normal usage conditions.

Our return policy applies only for those customers having placed orders directly on our website www.lafab.us. If you have purchased our products from another website or from another company, you must check with them what return policy applies. We cannot process product returns for sales made by other companies or websites.

If you are an individual customer having purchased on www.lafab.us directly, LaFab US offers a 15 days return policy from the date of your purchase. Within that period of time, you will only be charged for a flat restocking fee of $3 if you return your product.  This means that you can choose to return your product for any reason, and get fully refunded. Products must be sent to our address in their original, unaltered packaging, including accessories, kits, instruction manuals if any,  with a legible copy of your proof of purchase, and details identifying your full name, address, email, and a contact phone number. You will ship the product back to the address mentioned on this web site at your own expenses. Once we have processed your request, a confirmation email will be sent back to you and you will be refunded within 7 working days.

if you are a company, LaFab US does not offer any return policy at all, sales are final.
